 MY JOURNEY

I am dedicated to helping others reach their potential. Since I can remember, I have been surrounded by fitness, nutrition, health, and wellness. I am blessed to have been raised by a mother who is a Registered Dietician, and father who is a Medical Doctor. Together, they run a preventative medicine and healthy aging clinic. Through them, I was taught the importance of living a healthy lifestyle at a young age. However, I did not always follow my parents’ advice. In fact, my personal health and fitness journey did not really begin until 2015, following a near-death experience, when I decided I was tired of the weekend party scene and wanted to make a change for the better. After some self-reflection, I rekindled my passion for fitness, nutrition, and health…and haven’t looked back since.

 

I found discipline. And consistency.

Fast forward to today: I am a full-time attorney, who spends almost all other waking hours outside of work researching and implementing health, fitness, and nutrition protocols. My education and experience as an attorney has taught me how to read research with an analytical eye, cut through the noise, and pass on content, education, and protocols based on this research.

 

I also practice what I preach. I train hard, smart, and often. I train for functional strength, athletic performance, and hypertrophy, but also love endurance training. This concurrent style of training has allowed me to build and maintain my physique, all while training for and completing multiple Ironman Triathlons—widely considered one of the most difficult one-day sporting events in the world—and other extreme endurance events. Nothing will teach you more about yourself than training for and completing a brutal endurance event. That is why I love them. Strong in Body, Strong in Mind.

Remember, I am on this journey with you. I will never release a program I have not completed beforehand. I pour my heart and soul into designing and testing my programs. I want nothing more than to see others succeed on these programs and beyond. If you succeed, I succeed—it’s a true labor of love.  With all that said, I promise to never stop learning, growing, and refining my life in hopes that I can one day reach my full potential. Hopefully, you will give me the opportunity to help you reach yours. Let’s get to work.
